AM105 series optical refractometer is a professional instrument able to measure glucose concentration of a solution. It can be used to decide the maturation stage of grapes in order to define the time of grape harvest. This refractometer can also measure the sugar content of must to determine the future alcoholic degree of wine. AM105 refractometer can be used also during brewing processes, i.e: fermentation and sparging.
