AM602ATC wine refractometer is a professional instrument that is able to measure sugar content of a solution. This refractometer make use of three scales: Oeschle, Babo and Brix scale. It can be used to decide the maturation stage of grapes in order to define the time of grape harvest. It also measures the sugar content of must to determine the future alcoholic degree of wine. AM602 refractometer can be used also during brewing processes, i.e: fermentation and sparging.
